Through Kalakriti, we aim to sensitize and spread awareness among students of all age groups through imaginative thinking about waste management.

Considering the growing importance of waste management in the current global scenario, it becomes extremely influential to start teaching students about the magnitude of waste management and waste segregation from a very early age.


Antonio Xavier Trindade

Fundação Oriente and Communicare Trust host a series of workshops on the stunning work of Goan artist Antonio Xavier Trindade (AXT). The workshops revolve around the life and work of AXT. Children attending the workshop, through observation and interaction explore the artist’s life and work and depict their understanding of the same. Various methods such as theater, painting etc are used.

Viagem Oriental- Competition

With the purpose of bringing back the lost treasure of Macau still present in Goa, Communicare Trust in collaboration with the Macau-based Gabinete de Apolo ao Ensino Superior (GAES) and the International Institute of Macau (IIM) has organised a photography competition on the topic Viagem Oriental- Rediscovering Macau in Goa.


Bhasancho Jhelo—I

“Every language is the doorway to a different story” And Communicare Trust and Playfools invite enthusiasts to come acquaint themselves with new stories and creating their own. The first in a series of workshops was held on the 20th of August. Watch to catch a small glimpse.



Communicare Trust, in collaboration with the Krishnadas Shama Goa State Central Library, organized the second edition of Scrabble in Portuguese for the students of High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools in North Goa. The Contest had 20 participants from 7 schools across North Goa in 8 teams, 4 teams from the High Schools and 4 from the Higher Secondary Schools.

Cultural Treasure Hunt- 2016

Not a corner was cut, not a cranny or nook was spared, no stone was left unturned as 24 young minds descended upon the Indian Customs and Central Excise Museum in Panjim in search of the precious treasure that is Knowledge. And Knowledge they found. Through the clues and quizzes they learned the history of the Customs department as well as the history of our State and country and it’s historical relations with others across the world.


We conducted the second Magic Box at ASRO, Thivim. ASRO is a home care for for HIV/Aids children at Tivim, Bardez. The home is under the supervision of a doctor.
